Contact Towne Properties directly only in an emergency facilities situation by calling 919-878-8787. This telephone number calls the main Towne Properties office during business hours. For after-hours property management concerns that are an emergency, press 3 and leave a message. Your message will be sent to Towne's on-call line, who will respond as quickly as possible 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. If the issue can wait until the start of the next business day, please email Manager@towneproperties.com 

 

Towne Properties responsibility is to ensure the common areas of The Vega Condominium are well-maintained and functional. However, if you come across an issue in any common area of the building, including corridors, parking decks, elevators, clubhouse/fitness center, building security, or building-wide fire systems, please first contact our Facilities Committee through - Building Issue if not an emergency.
