Established in the Fall of 2023, The Vega is a 7-story condominium located in downtown Durham at the corner of Rigsbee & Hunt St with 57 residential units and 2 commercial spaces

 

Our residents come from all walks of life, but all enjoy the many benefits downtown Durham offers. You'll run into neighbors at the Farmer's Market, at a local coffee shop, out for a walk or bike ride on the nearby American Tobacco Trail, or enjoying time together in our beautiful Club Room overlooking Central Park.
